Movie Delhi 6 is set against the backdrop of old Delhi and gets its name from the pincode of the area which 110006. The movie stars Abhishek Bachchan and Sonam Kapoor in the lead. The cast of the movie also includes Waheeda Rahman , Atul Kulkarni , Rishi Kapoor , Divya Dutta and Om Puri. Delhi 6 is directed by talented Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra of Rang De Basanti fame.
The story of Delhi 6 revolves around an NRI from USA, Roshan (Abhishek), who returns to India and gets transformed totally. The movie also depicts the story of beautiful Bittu (Sonam) who wants to break free of the orthodox Indian values. Waheeda Rahman plays the role of the grandma of Roshan. Delhi 6 is a tale of transformation. The transformation of values and thinking lines. Good movie to watch, it seems. It remains to be seen whether the movie is able to charm audience when it releases on February 20.
